How to place an order

If you have signed up then login with your account under the “LOGIN” tab
Choose your products from the catalogue
Provide with required size and quantity where applicable
Submit your online order
Order number will be sent to the email address provided
Payment to be processed within 3 days of placing your order
Products to be dispatched once payment reflects in our account
All orders take 1 – 2 working days to be dispatched.
All items out of stock normally take between 3 to 4 weeks to receive from supplies. Should any part of your order need to be ordered in, your order will only be dispatched once the full order is complete for delivery.
If any items are needed urgently, please enquire telephonically or via mail.
Although every effort is made to ensure that the orders are delivered on time, supplier shortages and postage problems may occur from time to time.
We do rely on our suppliers for stock so this is sometimes out of our control.
Should a product have been discontinued, you will be notified and be given the opportunity to receive a full refund of the order.
- A physical address must be supplied.
- A flat rate of R 140 is charged for courier deliveries nationwide, on orders of more than R999 orders will be free.
- Delivery can take 2 – 4 working days from date of despatch (please note: this is the date that your order is dispatched to you from our offices and not the date from which your order is placed), if stock is sold out or no longer available from suppliers we will contact you for new delivery dates or cancellation of order.
We do not currently service locations outside of South Africa.

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree to all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. Once payment has been made you may cancel the order subject to our terms and conditions. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by any problems which may arise due to the importation of goods. This includes, but is not limited to, suppliers delaying orders, customs detaining shipments, acts of God, SARS inspections, customs inspections, Port Health inspections or flight delays. This means that if an order is delayed, the customer is not entitled to a refund. Delivery estimates are only estimates. Refunds will be made at the discretion of the company. After 45 working days from payment date refunds will be considered. Please do not purchase if you do not agree to these conditions. Further to this, if delivery is made and you are not available at the address and/or your phone number is not working – resulting in the shipment been returned to ABRAMSTORES – the customer will be liable for shipping costs due to non-delivery.
Return and Refunds
In order to be fully eligible for any credit, refund, repair or replacement under this Returns Policy, Products must be returned directly to Brands Megastore. Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for all shipping costs that may arise, caused by the shipping of the requested item back to the original seller. An additional cost of 10% handling fee will also be charged. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. Refunds are subject to ABRAMSTORE authorising the return. All return requests must be made under 48 hours from delivery. Only items that are unopened in their original packaging may be returned. Not all returns or cancellation requests will be granted.
Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 2 days of receiving your purchase. Any item wished to be returned should be in its original packaging with labels still attached, should not have been worn and returned in the new condition that you received it in.
If by any chance the garment size is incorrect we will exchange on the following conditions:
- The replacement size is available for exchange.
- The garment must not be worn or washed.
The item must be properly protected with its original packaging and still in the prefect condition for the purposes of resale i.e. not damaged or soiled together with all its documentation, instructions and accessories. A non-defective item will not be accepted if the item shows signs of extended use beyond the time required to try them on or test them.
The courier/posting costs will be carried by the customer and will have to be paid in advance.
We do not accept any exchange or returns on any sale items. Please ensure sizes are correct before you place your order.

Secure Payment with PayFast

PayFast is committed to keeping you and your information secure. We have a multitude of checks in place to protect both buyers and sellers from fraudulent transactions.
We use Extended Validation SSL with 256-bit encryption. Only two of the four major South African banks use this, the highest, level of encryption currently available.
3D Secure is in place for all credit card transactions.
All sensitive info is encrypted within our own database.
We run penetration testing on our system on a weekly basis to look for vulnerabilities. We are only required to do it once every three months, but we run it every week.
Our entire site, blog and help site are served off secure servers, making it harder to perpetrate phishing attacks.
We also have an excellent monitoring system that does, among other things: GEO IP tracking, velocity testing, BIN/IIN validation and checks against online databases.
3D Secure is an extra layer of security in using your credit card for online transactions. For online transactions over R1000 you’ll be asked to enter your 3D Secure password (different from the PIN), which is called Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode by the respective credit card companies.
You have to register for 3D Secure with your card issuing bank, and can be set up either as a password of your choice or a one-time-password that will be sent to you by email/SMS.
